We have been very lucky and fortunate with our awards since opening our doors, winning The 2018 Boutique Hotel Guest Experience Awards Best UK Country & Coastal Hotels (1-20 Rooms) and winning Silver for Best B&B in the Bristol, Bath & Somerset Tourism Awards 2017/2018... Since our first TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2014, we've continued to win each year taking us into the TripAdvisor Hall of Fame.

As proud as we are of these wonderful accolades, non of them would be possible without our greatest fans and critics—you our guests.

Sliver winner for Best B&B in the Bristol, Bath & Somerset Tourism Awards 2018/2019

Nearly 300 guests from the best tourism businesses across the Bristol, Bath and Somerset attended a black tie dinner and awards ceremony at the Apex Hotel in Bath on 15th November 2018. The numbers of entries this year has increased by nearly a third so the competition was really tough.

We are absolutely delighted to be a Sliver Winner for the second year running, we couldn't have done it without all of our amazing guests...

The Boutique Hotel Guest Experience Awards (BoHos) recognise UK and international boutique hotels for providing excellence in guest experience, based on feedback from real guests in the form of verified online reviews and direct feedback.

A capacity audience of the best tourism businesses from across the region witnessed 70 trophies being presented to the winners at the Bristol, Bath and Somerset Tourism Awards ceremony held at Somerset County Cricket Club 9th November 2017.

Awards organiser Nell Barrington adds: "We are thrilled for all the finalists and want to thank all the businesses who entered this year; there was a really great response from Somerset, Bristol and Bath."

"Fantastic boutique B&B the room was fabulous. The huge roll-top bath a sheer delight to submerge in and revel in the glorious bath toiletries. The ground coffee & choice of teas were really welcoming after brisk walks around the harbour and the treat of home made banana loaf added that extra special touch. The breakfast choice was sensational from cereals to full English with smoothies in between. It was lovely to see a vegetarian option as well plus different juices. The service could not have been better!"
